This dataset maps the fibre-optic network operators active in each municipality of the Grand Paris Sud area, France. It distinguishes between the operator that deploys the fibre-optic cabling and the internet service provider (ISP) that sells subscription access using that infrastructure; an operator may also act as an ISP but is not required to.
