This dataset from the Toulouse Métropole open data portal tracks the cumulative number of renovated housing units and estimates the associated avoided CO2 emissions. The estimate is based on a fixed factor of 2.1 tonnes of CO2 equivalent avoided per year for each renovated dwelling, allowing calculation of total avoided emissions (in tCO2e) from energy renovation efforts across the metropolitan area.
