This API provides access to the 2022 edition of the Rapport Social Unique (Single Social Report) data on training, covering Toulouse Métropole. The Rapport Social Unique is a mandatory annual survey defined by the French Directorate General of Local Authorities (Direction Générale des Collectivités Locales), which local authorities must produce and present to their Technical Committee. It is governed by Decree No. 2020-1493 of 30 November 2020 on the social data reporting database.
