This API provides sanitary monitoring data for the 34 public lake access points in the Canton of Geneva. It is maintained by the Service de surveillance et protection des eaux et milieux aquatiques (SSPMA), part of the Geneva territorial information system (Système d'information du territoire genevois). Water quality is checked every 3 to 4 weeks between April and October to verify that bathing does not pose a health risk. The dataset covers a local geographic scope limited to the Canton of Geneva and supports public information on lake bathing safety during the swimming season.”Le Service de surveillance et protection des eaux et milieux aquatiques (SSPMA) contrôle l'état sanitaire des 34 accès publics au lac toutes les 3 à 4 semaines, entre les mois d'avril et d'octobre, pour s'assurer que la baignade ne soit pas dangereuse pour la santé.
