This dataset provides the digitized locations of water points—fountains and wells—identified on the 1726-1728 Billon raster map of the Canton of Geneva. Points were obtained through careful manual identification of symbols on the historical plan: triangles denote fountains and spheres denote wells. Only information depicted on the Billon plan itself is included.
