This dataset from the Dutch open data portal presents parking occupancy and payment-compliance measurements for the city centre of Arnhem and its surrounding ring area, covering the first survey period of 2020. Surveys are conducted twice a year, each with four fixed measurement moments: Tuesday afternoon, Thursday evening, Saturday afternoon and Sunday evening, with an additional Sunday-afternoon measurement in autumn for part of the area.
