This dataset presents the results of the first 2024 measurement period of a biannual survey of parking pressure and payment compliance in Arnhem's city centre and surrounding zone. Measurements were taken at four fixed times: Thursday afternoon 14:00-16:00 and Thursday evening 18:00-20:00 on 14 March 2024, plus Saturday afternoon and additional slots.
