OS Priority Ponds with Survey Data (Polygons)

A dataset of ponds derived from the Ordnance Survey MasterMap Topography layer that have a matching pond survey record—Clean Water for Wildlife or Priority Ponds survey—located within their polygon boundary or within 30 metres of its edge. Published by the Environment Agency under Defra, it combines Ordnance Survey topographic geometry with Natural England survey data to identify priority ponds for conservation purposes. Attribution is required to Natural England and Ordnance Survey, with Crown copyright and database rights 2022 (Ordnance Survey 100022021). Geographic scope is national, covering Great Britain.
