Key data of grant agreements
Provides electronic access to the essential data of grant agreements as defined under French Decree No. 2017-779 of 5 May 2017, adopted pursuant to the Digital Republic Act of 7 October 2016. It covers grants formalized by agreement from 1 August 2017 onward, awarded by state administrations, local and regional authorities, public institutions, and private bodies carrying out public-service missions. The dataset specifies the key information to be published about each grant and the terms of its dissemination. This entry is maintained by the Département de la Charente-Maritime and reflects the legal framework established through Légifrance, supporting transparency in the allocation of public subsidies at local level.Access in electronic form to the essential data of grant agreements, within the meaning of Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May 2017. **Publics concerned**: State administration and local and regional authorities; public institutions and private persons with a public service mission. **Object**: definition of the essential data of the grants and how they are to be made available. **Entry into force**: the text shall enter into force the day after its publication. It concerns grants subject to an agreement signed as from 1 August 2017. **Notice**: the decree defines the essential data of the grant agreements to be disseminated by the administrations awarding grants as well as the modalities of dissemination of these data. **References**: the decree is adopted for the application of Article 18 of Law No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016 on a Digital Republic, which amended Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with the authorities. It can be consulted on the website Légifrance (http://www. legifrance.gouv.fr).
