It concerns grants subject to an agreement signed as from 1 August 2017. **Notice**: the decree defines the essential data of the grant agreements to be disseminated by the administrations awarding grants as well as the modalities of dissemination of these data. **References**: the decree is adopted for the application of Article 18 of Law No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016 on a Digital Republic, which amended Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with the authorities.
