This map viewing service, provided by the Geological Survey of Sweden (SGU), shows morphologically distinct traces in the terrain of past landslides on land as well as ravines formed in loose soil layers. Combined with soil-type maps and elevation data, the information supports an overview assessment of landslide susceptibility and ground stability. Most recorded landslides have occurred in clay soils.
