This dataset provides the boundaries of current Établissements Publics de Coopération Intercommunale à Fiscalité Propre (EPCI), i.e. inter-municipal cooperation structures with their own taxation powers. These groupings allow member communes to jointly manage shared facilities and public services and to develop economic development projects. The dataset also includes communes located outside Loire-Atlantique that belong to one of these intercommunal structures.
