Asty Web is an online database maintained by Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) containing results from its ongoing customer satisfaction survey of public transport passengers. Each year more than 50,000 passengers rate service quality on a scale from one to five, with questionnaires distributed to randomly selected riders on weekday services between 6:00 and 18:00. Results, available from 2011 onward, can be broken down by municipality, mode of transport, or respondent gender, and users can build custom tables, reports, and graphs from selected data. The dataset is accessible via a REST API, returning results in CSV format through HTTP GET requests.Asty Web is Helsinki Region Transport's internet database, which provides research information on passenger satisfaction in public transportation.
