This API provides access to data on the ecomorphological state of lake shorelines in the canton of Geneva, Switzerland, published by the Geneva territorial information system (SITG). The method offers an overall picture of shoreline ecomorphology, intended to support cantonal strategic planning for shoreline revitalization. Shoreline ecomorphology is described using 17 indicators, detailed in a related evaluation dataset.
