Digital orthophoto 2007
This dataset provides historical digital orthophotos (DOP) derived from an aerial survey of Bavaria conducted in 2007. The images are fully rectified and true-to-scale, removing perspective and terrain distortion, and are available in real colour (RGB) as well as printed aerial map form. The data is published by the Landesamt für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung (State Office for Digitisation, Broadband and Surveying) and covers the whole of Bavaria, Germany. It is useful for historical land-use analysis, mapping comparisons, and geospatial applications requiring accurate imagery from that period.Historical Digital Orthophotos (DOP) are fully undistorted, true-to-scale aerial images based on the 2007 Bavarian flight. The DOP is available in real colours (RGB) and as a printed aerial map.
