This dataset provides the Numerical Canopy Surface Model (NCM), representing the ground area covered by tree foliage within the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. It can be used to calculate a canopy index, expressed as a percentage of a territory, to assess the degree of tree cover. The data was derived from LiDAR point clouds acquired in March 2019.
