This dataset provides diagnosis statistics for preventive care and rehabilitation facilities located in Saxony, Germany. It records patients treated in these facilities by the facility's location at NUTS 2 regional level, cross-referenced with the patient's place of residence at district level, using administrative boundaries as of 1 January 2009. Data are available annually from 2007 onward.
