This API provides the composition of dishes served in menus at nursery and primary schools in Toulouse, published by Toulouse Métropole as an automated data feed. It lists ingredients and flags allergens such as gluten, cow's milk and derivatives (butter, cream), sheep's or goat's milk, egg, mustard, fish, peanuts, tree nuts, crustaceans, molluscs, and celery, among others.
