This dataset provides georeferenced data on land parcels located in municipalities of the Community of Madrid, Spain, to which Law 3/2024 of 28 June applies. That law establishes urban planning measures to promote protected (subsidized) housing. The parcels included are identified as potential sites under review for such use.
