Dataset listing the municipalities in the greater Occitanie region (formerly Languedoc-Roussillon) subject to France's SRU law (Solidarité et Renouvellement Urbains) and DALO (enforceable right to housing) provisions. It currently identifies 161 municipalities concerned, based on the criteria set out in article L302-5 of the French Construction and Housing Code (CCH), which applies to municipalities above a certain population threshold.
