This national dataset provides rental indicators derived from housing listings, aggregated at the municipality (commune) level for France. It is published by DHUP (Direction de l'habitat, de l'urbanisme et des paysages) via the Logement theme, and made available through the data.gouv.fr platform under Etalab. The data covers advertised rent levels and is intended to give a geographic overview of rental price variation across French municipalities.
