BGS detailed bedrock and superficial onshore 1:50k geology (OGC WMS INSPIRE)
An OGC Web Map Service published by the British Geological Survey providing detailed onshore bedrock and superficial geology for the whole of the United Kingdom, derived from the DiGMapGB 1:50 000 scale dataset. Although designed for 1:50 000 scale mapping, the service can be viewed between scales of 1:100 000 and 1:25 000. Bedrock and superficial deposits are provided as separate layers.
