The dataset is composed of sub-areas identifying characteristics of vehicular flow and permitted use of the space, providing a geographic representation of zones accessible to vehicular circulation. It supports mapping, transport planning, and analysis of road network usability by distinguishing circulation areas from mere traffic-flow carriageways.
