WFS ST ALKIS Simplified
The property register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). This Web Feature Service enables the targeted download of ALKIS-guided spatial objects on the basis of a search query (direct access download service). The service shall provide only the following spatial objects limited to the essential characteristics in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme specified in this product specification: Land parcels, buildings, actual uses, administrative units, cadastral districts. The service is designed for use in simple, practical GIS clients without complex functionalities. Scale: 1:1000; Soil resolution: nullm; Scan resolution (DPI): zero.
