The data ''Associations'' are extracted from the JOAFE (Official Journal of Associations and Corporate Foundations) and are updated every week. The Official Journal of Associations, Trade Union Associations of Business Owners and Foundations publishes: Declarations of the creation, modification or dissolution of associations governed by the Law of 1901, trade unions of owners and business foundations; Declarations of creation, modification, dissolution or suspension of activity of endowment funds. NB: Since 1 January 2010, each association has been identified by the RNA (National Register of Associations) number beginning with ‘W’ and consisting of 9 digits. It was the former ‘Waldeck’ number which corresponded to the file number assigned by the software of the prefectures and sub-prefectures which serves as the basis for this number. The number is assigned at the time of declaration in the prefecture. The number then appears on the receipt issued by the prefecture and is thus in the advertisements published in JOAFE since April 2007 (Waldeck then RNA). Some ads do not have this number since the previously created association does not know it.
