This dataset describes the paid parking zones and permit holder parking areas in and around the city centre of the municipality of Arnhem, Netherlands. In these zones, on-street parking is generally subject to a fee, though holders of a parking permit may use the paid spaces. In addition, certain locations are reserved exclusively for permit holders.
