This dataset provides the boundary outline of the low emission zone (Umweltzone) of the city of Münster in various machine-readable formats, published by the Surveying and Cadastre Office (Vermessungs- und Katasteramt). Only vehicles bearing a green emissions sticker are permitted to drive within the zone, which has been in effect since 1 January 2010 and covers Münster's city centre, bordered roughly by the northern, eastern, southern and western ring roads.
