Total Deaths in Malta from 2010 - 2015
This dataset, accessible via a WFS service, provides total death figures for Malta covering the period 2010 to 2015. It is published by the Planning Authority of Malta and compiled in line with the 'usual residence' concept for population statistics, following the methodology set out in European Regulation (EU) No. 1260/2013. The dataset offers a national-level view of mortality figures over the six-year period, suitable for use in geographic information systems and spatial data infrastructures that rely on standardized OGC web feature service formats.Population figures are in line with the ‘usual residence’ definition. The usual residence concept is being used for the compilation of total population figure. The methodology used is in line with European Regulation (EU) No. 1260/2013.
