This API from Lantmäteriet, the Swedish national mapping, cadastral and land registration authority, provides access to topographic map layers optimised for screen display: a full-colour layer and a desaturated greyscale layer. The service delivers pre-generated tile images at fixed zoom levels, giving high performance under many simultaneous requests.
