This API provides access via WMS to a city-planning modification diagram ('Σχέδιο Πόλης') for the Municipality of Heraklion, Greece. The layer follows a naming convention of the form X(XX)YYYYTNNN, where X(XX) indicates the plan status (e.g. final plan, final plan pending publication, or final plan matching the Official Gazette version), YYYY is the Gazette year, T is the Gazette issue, and NNN is the decision number published in the Government Gazette (ΦΕΚ). It is maintained through the Heraklion municipal geoserver.Το διάγραμμα αφορά σε τροποποίηση του Σχεδίου Πόλης. Η ονοματολογία έχει τη μορφή Χ(ΧΧ)ΥΥΥΥΤΝΝΝ, όπου Χ(ΧΧ) λαμβάνει τιμές T: τελικό σχέδιο, Tan: τελικό σχέδιο ανάρτησης, TF: Τελικό σχέδιο ταυτόσημο με αυτό του ΦΕΚ, YYYY: έτος ΦΕΚ, Τ: τεύχος ΦΕΚ, NNN: αριθμός απόφασης του ΦΕΚ.
