This dataset provides cartography of areas with insufficient telecommunications coverage in the Valencian Community, where no existing or credibly planned network can guarantee download speeds above 100 Mbps under peak demand conditions. These zones qualify as eligible areas under the UNICO-Industria y Empresas Plan, a Spanish public funding scheme aimed at extending high-capacity broadband infrastructure to underserved industrial and business locations.
