The WISE Statistics - pesticides tables are aggregated products used for the calculation of the annual Freshwater indicator „Pesticides in rivers, lakes and groundwater in Europe“, which is published on the EEA website. The data tables include pesticide concentration data aggregated by monitoring site and year (annual average). They were reported annually either in disaggregated or aggregated form via WISE-SoE reporting as part of the WISE-6 data flow. Moreover, the tables include data on effect thresholds for pesticides (e.g. Environmental Quality Standards, EQS) used for the calculation of the indicator. In addition, tables are provided with the underlying spatial data and with summary statistics (mean, SD, minimum, maximum and percentiles) of the reported pesticide concentrations per water body category (i.e. surface water, groundwater).
