The layer naming follows a coding convention: X(XX) indicates the plan type (T for final plan, Tan for final plan under public posting, TF for final plan identical to the version published in the Government Gazette), YYYY denotes the Gazette publication year, T the Gazette issue, and NNN the decision number within that issue.
