This API provides a synthesis of land-use zoning from the Plans d'Occupation des Sols (POS) and Plans Locaux d'Urbanisme (PLU) for the municipalities of Rennes Métropole, as of 31 December 2015. It is an annual summary derived from legally enforceable POS/PLU documents, digitized and produced in GIS format by the Planning and Urban Studies Department (Service Planification et Études Urbaines) of Rennes Métropole.
