Stockport Brownfield Land Register
This dataset is Stockport Council's Brownfield Land Register, published in December 2020 in accordance with regulation 18(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017. It lists sites within the Stockport local authority area in England that have been assessed as suitable for housing development on previously developed (brownfield) land. The register is maintained by Stockport Council and is intended to support planning processes by identifying available brownfield sites for potential residential use.
