A two-day forecast of sea ice movements produced by the Finnish Meteorological Institute during the winter season. Focus on motion speeds, ice gradient, opening of gaps and compression situations. The sea ice forecast is usually based on a daily ice map and the Finnish Meteorological Institute's wind and temperature forecast.
