Harmonised dataset describing surface sediment types of the sea bed within Polish maritime areas, structured according to the INSPIRE Sea Regions data specification for Sea Bed Area. It classifies and geographically delineates sediment categories covering the national marine territory, supporting maritime spatial planning, environmental assessment, and marine geological analysis. As part of the INSPIRE framework, the dataset is intended to be interoperable with equivalent sea-bed sediment data published by other European maritime administrations, enabling cross-border comparison of seabed characteristics within Poland's exclusive economic zone and territorial waters.Harmonised dataset representing surface sediment types of the sea bed within Polish maritime areas.
