S2_S6_Town_Centres
This dataset combines several local planning shopping policies designated S2, S3A, S4 and S6, covering town centres in a UK local authority area. Policy S2 concerns maintaining and enhancing the vitality and viability of designated town centres. S3A sets out prioritisation for refurbishment and enhancement of secondary centres. S4 is a shopping frontage policy controlling changes of use from A1 retail to non-retail uses. S6 identifies areas of known deficiency in retail provision.
