Regulatory acts
In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the review of legality and publicity of the regulatory acts of the local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Authorities, the provision in Open Data of data relating to deliberations of the type of regulatory acts adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various authorised bodies whatever the territorial level considered. The data is structured according to the Common Pillar of Local Data ([see detail on this page](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs-next/schemas/deliberations.html)).
