This dataset contains the recording of archival entries at the Municipal and Community Archives of Bourges for the year 2025\. Each entry is categorised by type of entry, with the name of the producing department, the activity, a description (major themes with the typologies most encountered), linear film, electronic volumetry, and related articles and objects. Following work to recast the management of producer services, Bourges decided to manage producers by function (generic producer), which made it easier to identify the producer’s field of activity from the list drawn up by the SIAF. The data come from the Avenio tool and have been restated before publication: modification of the dates in ISO format, reclassification of the ‘deposit’ entry mode to ‘other’, homogenisation of the descriptions and modification of the nature of the medium.
