This dataset is part of the Repository of Urban Projects (RefPU), the digital version of land-use allocation plans produced by the planning authority of the canton of Geneva, maintained by the Geneva Territorial Information System (SITG). It provides the surface (polygon) geometries of adopted forest perimeters, showing areas that have been formally designated as forest under the applicable planning procedure. While the RefPU currently focuses mainly on localized neighborhood plans, it is intended to eventually also include zone modifications and other planning instruments.
