This API, provided by the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority Lantmäteriet, allows users to retrieve a reference to a real property unit or joint property facility by specifying an address designation. The resulting registration unit reference can then be used to obtain further information through other direct-access services in Lantmäteriet's Geotorget platform. The service is part of Sweden's national cadastral data infrastructure and supports linking addresses to property identifiers for subsequent lookups.Tjänsten ger möjlighet att hämta referens till fastighet eller samfällighet genom att ange adressbeteckning. Registerenhetsreferensen kan sedan användas för att hämta ytterligare information via övriga direktåtkomstprodukter.
