Quality and safety of care indicators — 2019 compendium
HAS provides quality and safety of care indicators (IQSS). These indicators, developed and validated with healthcare professionals, patients and users, allow comparison between institutions. They are also used as tools to improve the quality of care and patient safety in healthcare facilities. In addition, they are disseminated to the general public and included in quality financing schemes such as the financial incentive for quality improvement (IFAQ).
