This API provides data from a study assessing the potential for adding extra storeys (surélévation) to existing buildings across the Eurométropole de Strasbourg territory. The study was carried out by Upfactor using GIS data from the Eurométropole de Strasbourg, including buildings from the Référentiel à Très Grande Echelle (RTGE), a digital terrain model derived from 2021 LIDAR surveys, and the local urban planning plan (Plan local d'urbanisme).
