This API provides a choropleth thematic map depicting the labour indicator 'Long-term registered unemployed population, annual average' for neighbourhoods of the Canary Islands in 2024. The indicator is calculated as the registered unemployed population whose job-seeking application date exceeds 12 months, for the reference period, broken down at neighbourhood level. Values are grouped into 5 intervals defined by quantiles for cartographic representation. The dataset is published by the Instituto Canario de Estadística (ISTAC), the regional statistics office of the Canary Islands, Spain, and is useful for local labour-market analysis and territorial comparison of long-term unemployment.Este mapa temático de coropletas representa el indicador laboral __Población parada registrada de larga duración.
