This API provides access to point-specific regulatory prescriptions from the Local Urban Plan (PLU) of the Eurométropole de Strasbourg, a French metropolitan authority. The PLU sets out zoning rules and urban planning requirements for the area, and the underlying legal documents are also available as PDF sheets. The dataset reflects the version approved by the Eurométropole council in February 2026, updated to include simplified modification No. 6.
