This dataset provides the locations of playgrounds within the Municipality of Athens, covering all seven municipal communities. The playgrounds are intended for the recreation of young residents and are supervised by the Organization for Culture, Sports and Youth (OPANDA) of the Municipality of Athens. The layer presents playground sites in general, indicating their positions across the city, though it does not necessarily detail their current operational status.
