This dataset provides a georeferenced ground-point cloud derived from filtered LiDAR acquisitions, retaining only points characteristic of the terrain surface. It was produced by the CRAIG (Centre Régional Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes de l'Information Géographique) from flights conducted by SETIS/IMAO between April and June 2018 using an IGI Lite Mapper 7800 sensor, with an average ground-point density of 10 pts/m² after classification. Coverage spans 25 natural areas across the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, including sites in Puy-de-Dôme, Allier, Loire, Haute-Loire, Ardèche, Rhône, and Isère, such as La Godivelle, Sancy, and Tourbière du Grands Lemps, supporting detailed terrain and habitat analysis in these protected zones.Soil point seedling is a georeferenced point seedling derived directly from the filtered LiDAR acquisition to retain only the soil points characteristic of the terrain. The acquisitions were made by the group of companies SETIS / IMAO.
