This dataset provides a polygon layer identifying the occupied surface area of each private land parcel within business activity zones (ZAe) that are either completed or currently under study, published by Rennes Métropole. Land use is classified according to a selection of themes drawn from the 2020 land-use/land-cover reference dataset (OCSGE 2020). Each resulting surface reflects the occupation type of the parcel at that time.
