This dataset provides municipal-level statistics on long-term vacant housing within the private housing stock in the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area, published by Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence. It draws on the LOVAC data processing system, created as part of the French national plan to combat housing vacancy, launched in 2020. LOVAC is designed to help local authorities and decentralized state services identify and characterize vacant dwellings, supporting efforts to bring such housing back into use.
